Beats by Dre
During the 2014 -2015 NFL Season Bose signed an exclusive contract to be the league's official headphone sponsor. They demanded that Beats by Dre products no longer be shown on camera before, during or after a game. Players endorsed by Beats were quickly hit with fines starting at 10k. Within 10 days of the first athlete fines we presented a solution to the CMO & CEO of Beats, and delivered it to the player's stadiums before game day.
Beat's CEO Ian Roger's shared it with Jimmy Iovine & Omar Johnson.
